By accessing and using Linkify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Linkify provides a platform for scheduling and publishing content to LinkedIn. Our Service allows you to create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts through an automated system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service.
You may not: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; (d) impersonate others; (e) interfere with the Service's operation; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Linkify. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, though we have no obligation to monitor user content.
Linkify integrates with LinkedIn through their official API. You acknowledge that: (a) LinkedIn's terms of service apply to content posted through our Service; (b) we are not responsible for LinkedIn's actions or policies; (c) LinkedIn may revoke API access at any time; (d) you must comply with LinkedIn's usage policies.
Linkify offers a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linkify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF POSTS PUBLISHED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunisia.
